What kinds of projects do you take on?

I focus on B2B long-form and research-based writing, including articles, ebooks, reports, and newsletters. I also provide substantive editing and help develop briefs and outlines.

Can you help if we don’t have a finished brief?

Yes. Send me the subject, intended audience, and what you want the content to accomplish. I can review your existing materials and help define the angle and scope before drafting begins.

How do you research specialized subjects?

I start with the client’s source material and identify what needs additional support or explanation. I look for reliable sources, check claims against the underlying evidence, and keep track of the references used in the draft. If a point needs clarification from your team, I’ll flag it.

How do you match our brand voice?

Before I write a word, I thoroughly research your website, products and services, and brand voice. I review your voice guidelines and examples of content that represent the brand well. I pay attention to how directly you address readers, how you explain technical material, and the language you use. That guides both the draft and the revisions.

Do you use AI in your work?

Yes. I use AI for research support, organizing material, and editorial work. I verify sources and edit closely so the final content sounds natural and reflects the client’s voice. I follow any project-specific restrictions on AI and confidential material.

Can you edit a draft we already have?

Yes. I can review its structure and argument, check whether the claims hold up, and identify where readers need more explanation. I preserve effective language and revise what needs attention, whether the draft was written by a person or developed with AI.

How are projects priced?

Defined assignments are quoted based on the scope, research, writing, and review involved. I also offer volume discounts and monthly retainers for ongoing writing and editing. We can discuss an arrangement that fits your expected workload.

What do you need to prepare an estimate?

Send me the subject, intended audience, format or approximate length, available source material, deadline, and expected review process. If some details are still open, I can help you clarify them.
